Inspire • Achieve • Celebrate
Welcome!
At Eyrescroft we believe everyone is entitled to be inspired whilst striving to ensure that every individual achieves their full potential. We value the importance of celebrating everyone's success. This ethos is embedded in all we do to ensure your children enjoy coming to school where they are supported in achieving academically whilst developing as confident, thoughtful and resilient members of the community. We are committed to raising attainment in English and Maths and our curriculum reflects this. We hope these skills stay with our children for the next step in their learning journey.
This year, we continue to focus on improving outcomes for children whilst ensuring they have access to a purposeful learning experience where acquisition of knowledge and skills are at the heart. We aim to achieve this by developing; the quality of learning in each classroom and leadership at all levels.
The focus on key skills in English and Maths are a priority as so many of our children have English as an additional language. The continued support from the Elliot Foundation Academy Trust and local partners is supporting Eyrescroft to improve standards and see an improvement in the published school data at the end of the year.
We are delighted to welcome you to our school and will happily answer any questions you may have.
Miss Sophie Dines
Principal
